The Rocks Walk

An up close and personal look at The Rocks.

This tour covers all the well-known landmarks of the area between Cadman's Cottage and the Garrison Church.

As well, this walk offers something more. It examines little known nooks, crannies and marks that might be missed by the casual observer.

For example, the animal footprint made in an 1840 brick when it was left out to dry.

The expert commentary entertains with fascinating tales of the people and places, the past and present times of this area which was the home of our early convicts and the birthplace and Australia's European history.

The tour finishes after a visit to the evocative Garrison Church.
